All our online payments are processed through PayFast.  This is payment via the secure PayFast server (see www.payfast.co.za).  Once you made the payment using PayFast we will immediately start processing your order.

No, we don't have minimum order quantities that you must adhere to, we accept both small and large order sizes.

Unfortunately, no. We make use of products that have a special coating on them. Without the special coating the image will not transfer.

No, designs are printed directly on to the mug using specialised equipment.

You can place an order online, but you have to register first. We will send you an e-mail confirming your details.

If you want your own image on a product, just go to Custom products and upload your picture, jpeg works best, remember the bigger your image the better the quality.

It depends on the quantity of your order.  If everything is in stock you can have it within 24-72 hours, or sooner.  Delivery will depend on the type of service you choose e.g. courier or collection.

No, at the moment we only service customers residing within the Republic of South Africa.

Shipping costs will depend on the type of shipping option you select during check out as well as the quantity of mugs in order order.

If you’re not happy with your product for any reason whatsoever, you may have it exchanged for any other product of similar value.  By similar, we mean give or take ten Rand.  If we’ve messed up, we’ll arrange with the couriers to collect the goods from you provided it’s from the same address we delivered to.
